Naizeer, Home Buyer in 10462

I'm preapproved for 100% w/ 0 down. Why are realtors from C21 claiming the seller wants 10% down from me?

Recently the lending industry has experienced a loss of funding for the 100% down buyers. Unless you are locked in sometimes even though you are approved it may be hard or not possible to aquire financing. With the 10% down it assures the seller that you have some vested interest in transaction and that due to recent changes in the lending industry you are probably a more secure loan risk. - Fri Aug 3 2007, 16:01
