My "style" is to help home buyers, and sellers, interpret all of the information available so that they can make their own decisions. Many home buyers and Real Estate investors are asking me about Foreclosures in Southeasten Michigan and how to make sure that they are actually getting a good deal. Since I have received so many requests for information on foreclosures I decided to launch a new website to answer the questions on foreclosures. The website is http://www.MIforeclosureDeals.com Home buyers and real estate investors can download the free report, ask questions or simply request a list of foreclosures. Hopefully this will help make sure that people looking for foreclosures actually do end up with a good deal.

I am looking to buy a ranch home (one story) in Ann Arbor.....

Gordon Johnson answered:
Hi Susan,

You're right, there aren't too many larger ranch style homes available in Ann Arbor. I just did a quick search and found a only 4 over 1,700 sq/ft. There are a few more in the 1,500 - 1,600 sq/ft range. Send me an e-mail and I will be happy to reply with the list if Ranch style homes available.

what should in i look for in a foreclosed home?

Gordon Johnson answered:
There are many things that you should look for when purchasing a foreclosure. The first thing that you should look for is a Buyers agent that is experienced in helping buyers of foreclosures. There are many pitfalls along the way when dealing with foreclosures and it is best to have someone with the right kind of experience to guide you through the process. When you have the right buyers agent they will be skilled enough to point out potential issues with the properties you consider.

To find some of the specific issues to look for in a property when you are purchasing a foreclosure check out the free report that I have available on my website http://www.MIforeclosureDeals.com This report will help get you started in the right direction.

Good Luck!
