Real Estate is my passion! My experience includes; Residential Sales, New Home Sales, Assistant to a Developer, Escrow, Loan Servicing, and more. When I'm not working with clients I am taking college classes related to real estate, reviewing the market, and researching the market. In my own time I watch real estate related shows (yes, more real estate my husband say's I need a real estate intervention), snowboard, and enjoy time with family and friends.
Every time a home closes escrow it feels like the day a new baby is born. It is the start of a whole new adventure for the family and I am over joyed to be a part of the process and experience.
With Asante's business model we are saving clients huge commissions. Check out my website to learn more.

I used to work for a builder. They have a different mind set than you typical resale seller. There is a lot involved ss they depend on the price to support appraisal and affect the trend within the community to continue to sell and support the previous purchasers. An experienced agent can structure an offer to be a huge win for you and result in the sale the builder wants.

I started my career with CBR and did very well. They have excellent training. As the market changed so did the management in that office. I would suggest the following
1) Work where you want to work. An area you like and are familiar with the market.
2) Interview the Broker and compare their beliefs with your own.
3) Talk with agents at that branch and see if they work.
4) Find out what type of training and on-going support the office has to offer.
5) Ask about meetings and tours.
6) Do they have a lot of listing which you can hold open.
7) Have you thought about working on a team or assistant for an agent?

It depends; on location, price, days on the market, and other terms and conditions within the contract. I just negotiated a condo in a nice area for my buyer. It was listed at $250,000 and they are due to close the end of the month at $210,000. $40,000 savings is great, wouldn't you agree? - Yesterday, 21:36
I always attend the inspection, on buyer or seller side. I also recommend that the buyer attend the inspection. I feel it is the agent's duty to represent their client. So if I am the listing agent I am there to over see their house, or in the Buyer's case, I am there for the buyer. I've been through so many inspections that often times I'll think of a question that the buyer didn't think to ask, and be the eyes of the Seller when a stranger is poking around in their home. - Yesterday, 21:28
I am very familiar with the project. The floor plans and prices seem desirable and they are offering great incentives to buyers. Location affects the prices which you have seen. I noticed some graffiti on one visit. The area is turning around, but it may take a while for the schools to catch up. It really depends on what you are looking for. Email or call me it I may be of assistance.
