It is interesting that each of these homes have the same square footage and priced $34K differently. Square footage is a major part of determining value of a home. 4 bedrooms in a home is an ideal situation...A basement can generally add $25K-$30K..The determining factor will be ultimately be the agreed upon price for either of the 2. If you have a credit score of 725 than congrats! That is quite an accomplishment these days. As far as the interest rate goes, it varies from day to day. About 8 months ago I had a client lock in at 5.60% but right this very minute the rates aren't as low.. As far as when is a good time to BUY - Well that is entirely up to you..If you find the right house for the right price (Especially a price that will give you instant equity) than go for it! Jan, Feb, April, May Sept, Nov. Doesn't matter - There are always deals to be made!! Hope this helps! Best of luck! Think Equity!!!

Of course you can find out about test scores by many different websites and sources. I will however boast highly about Cobb County and Cherokee County.
