In-order to purchase Real Estate in todays economic crisis, Mortgage Bankers need to make sure you qualify for a Mortgage Loan to purchase a home. With a loan approval, you can shop for the price range of your loan with a License Realtor whom will work for you to present an offer to the Sellers.

Hello Monica, this property sounds like a good real estate deal, the negociation to the sellers, have they been verbally ? The best negociations are more effective when they are in writting by a Professional Realtors. I have been successful writting up offers to purchase homes for my clients and the negociations in writting have been a win win stituation for buyers and sellers.
