Testimonials
"Keep up the good work. Thanks for great representation."
Mr. & Mrs. Sanders Tue Jun 3
"I was FSBO for 10 months. It was time consuming, frustrating, and unsuccessful. I thought I could do it alone since the last Realtor I used was crappy. I never heard from her. She didn't return calls. She didn't advertise. The list is endless. I wish I would have contacted Trunda Rogers 10 months ago. I was immediately shown why I wasn't even receiving showings. From the time she entered my home to the time we closed, I received nothing but pure professionalism. I knew why and what she was doing at all times. She advised me to turn down a buyer because he wasn't strong enough. I didn't listen. We wasted 2 weeks on that buyer but had a back up buyer. If I ever sell another home, I'll trust Trunda Rogers completely. You'll always have a satisfied customer with me."

"Great job! I will refer you to everyone I know. I didn't expect you to be there during the entire building process but you were, informing me of things I would never know to look for. I'm very happy in my new home. Thanks again."

Trunda Rogers answered:
Hi Julie. If you're not feeling confident in your Realtor, it's time to have a meeting to discuss your concerns. Most concerns can be resolved with the Realtor or the Office Manager if you still aren't satisfied. As was stated earlier, if your home is generating a good flow of traffic, your Realtor is getting the job done. Marketing and advertising for maximum exposure for your area is what will ultimately get your home sold. Good Luck. - Sun Aug 17 2008, 22:39

Seb, Both of the agents sound like they're doing a good job. Each with their own individual style of practice. Communication is king. Choose the one that you feel most confident in to protect your interests and let them know Exactly what you expect and Need from them. Good Luck. - Mon Aug 11 2008, 15:02

Cash back from buyer's agent

Trunda Rogers answered:
Wow! This is definitely a "hot" topic. I agree with the consensus and wouldn't recommend trading expert advice and representation for obtaining an "agent's" commissions. No one here wants to see you purchase a home without protecting your interests. It can be a costly on-going battle. You've apparently found what you were looking for so I'll just say good luck. Keep us posted. - Mon Aug 11 2008, 11:51

Only 7,394 Houses sold in the Dallas/Fort Worth area

Trunda Rogers answered:
Yes, the market is slow compared to the housing boom of a few years back however, there are homes meeting your general criteria. Contact me and we'll discuss your buying options. - Thu Aug 7 2008, 23:38
Trunda Rogers answered:
Check with the Secretary of State. Depending on how you're going to structure your company, different costs and forms apply. It's pretty quick, simple, and inexpensive. There's a contact number listed on the website for you to reach if you need clarification or additional information. Good Luck with your business ventures. http://www.sos.nh.gov/corporate/LLCforms.html - Wed Jul 23 2008, 20:51
