Brian,
I feel that manufactured homes are the best purchase today,
I also have 18 active listings. And have sold 40 in the last 18
months. All manufactured homes. You need to see the way
they are built today. You have to pay space rent but, no property
taxes & hoa fee's like a condo. Also the sq./ft. for the money is
larger. You own the home not the land but, in a condo you only
own the space. You can buy a four bedroom, 2 bath, & fire place
for $126,000.00 not bad for today's market. Great starter home. - Fri Jul 18 2008, 20:48
