How safe is Wood street in oakland?

Ailynne PeBenito answered:
If you are concern with a specific city this website might help you:
http://www.cityrating.com/crimestatistics.asp
But if you want a specific street address or even a property you might want to contact the police department and they will direct to the department that give out crime stats by street and property. Some might charge a minimal fee but some police offices don't but it would take about 1weeks to 2 weeks tentatively to get the report.
By the way if you are looking for a rental property check craigslist but if your interested in purchasing a home in east bay do contact me via email at ailynnep@windermere.com
I will email you listings within your preference. Good Luck - Mon Aug 4 2008, 23:10

Sorry to inform you that bank don't have there property rented... You might get a notice from them to vacate the property or they might even have a sheriff escort you to vacate the place. It is time to find a place to move in to. You could probably save up the money for your deposit to the new place you might be moving in...Check your tenants rights in your area - Sat Jul 26 2008, 15:12
