The High desert is such a vast area it is almost impossible to direct you to specific areas without a clear picture of what your needs are . Do you want to be near schools, looking for best incom property which will generate the most income, are you looking to be close to the freeways for quick access to other communities, are you retiring, are you looking for employment. There are high end homes near the golf course Apple Valley[, multi-units near the VValley college, smaller tract homes near the huge distribution Center by the airport Adelanto, And there are great 5 br 3 bath homes around 3200 sf just off of the 15 freeway near Bell mountain in Apple Valley.
