My goal as your Windermere Realtor is to make your transaction a successful one. I strive to make sure your needs and expectations are met, and if possible, exceeded.
I treat my clients in the manner that I want to be treated. I listen to, respect and acknowledge them, and keep them informed with timely and useful updates. Many of my clients in fact, have been so happy working with me that they come back to me again, and again, and again, and also refer me to their friends, family and associates.
I bring to the table a high degree of expertise, attention to detail, and a broad and diverse education. I attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, St. Peter's College, and Steven's Institute of Technology and have degrees in Marketing, Economics and Business Planning. I was consistently a top producer in Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage from 2004-2007 and was included in Who's Who among real estate agents in the Coachella Valley, and recognized by the Desert Sun, a local newspaper, as one of the valley's top agents.
While there are many agents you can choose from, few can provide you with the expertise, knowledge and thoroughness that I do. Let me make your real estate transaction successful and enjoyable. Call me for the service that you deserve, and that I can provide.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Almost a trick question. I live right near there and know the area. Be careful, some of the homes there are on lease land and some are on fee land. You might be comparing a comp ( a sold price) for a property on lease land with a property on fee land, where you own the land, which is like comparing apples and oranges. If this is on fee land, it is a pretty good price. If it was on lease land, not as good. - Wed Apr 16 2008, 20:35
