I have been working in and arround Real Estate for over 35 years. My career started in mortgage lending where I worked with Realtors and Buyers helping them through the buying process. When the mortgage lending market changed and buyers were being offered sub-prime loans from mortgage brokers, I decided to change hats and help the buyers get into homes and not be faced with loans that they did not understand. I have been able to help my clients, Buyers and Sellers understand the mortgage market and make it work for them. I am able to get my Buyers with lenders that will keep their best interest at heart. My background helps me to get better quailfied Buyers for my Sellers.
MY JOB IS SELLING HOMES AND I LOVE MY JOB.

Hi, I do work with both Buyers and Seller. What you want to do is when you locate a Realtor that you want to work with, you need to let them know that you do not wish for them to work as a "DUAL AGENT". That means that they are representing both you and the Seller. I worked as just a Buyers Agent the first 1 1/2 years of my career and believe that it is very important to have a Realtor working for you. There are many benefits to having your own person. If you would like to meet, please give me a call and I will go over the process and what each Agents duty is to you the client. I have 30+ years in mortgage lending before my Real Estate career and I know that buying a home can be very stressful, but it need not be if you know what is going on from the being. - Tue Jul 8 2008, 18:07
Location is going to be what will make your rent. Type of home and how close you are to everything. Nothing is really cheap any more since Katrina came through. You most likely are looking at $700 up in a good area. - Sat May 10 2008, 18:29
