Carol Ann Leaf, CRS, Ph.D.

Carol Ann Leaf was born and raised in the Western Suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. She has resided in Fort Lauderdale since 1983. Carol Ann's formal education consists of a B.S. in Physical Educaation with a minor in Business, M.S. (with Honors) in Exercise Physiology, and a Ph.D. in Higher Educational Administration. She also is the author of a textbook, an inventor with a United States Patent, was a contributing editor to a national magazine and served as the public relations director of a national organization. Carol Ann was a teacher from grades one through Masters students in public and private schools in California (Santa Catlina Island), Illinois and Florida.

Carol Ann started her real estate career in Fort Lauderdale in 1985 and earned her Broker's License in 1988. She has been a realtor with Coldwell Banker (1985-1988) and RE/MAX (1988-1996). On April 3, 1996, Carol Ann and Adeline Fattore formed Leaf & Fattore Realty, Inc. where she is the Broker.

Carol Ann has completed the courses needed to receive the following real estate designations: Certified Residential Specialist, CRS; Graduate of the Realtor's Institute, GRI; Women's Council of Realtors Leadership Traning Graduate, LTG; National Association of Realtors Computer Certification, e-PRO; and Real Estate Cyberspace Specialist, RECS. She continues her membership in these organizations and the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale in which she has been a member of the Honor Society for many years.

Carol Ann has been innovative in her real estate services and stays on the cutting edge of her profession by keeping current of real estate trends coupled with its latest technology.
