That answer probably is best answered by your agent. I do open houses every weekend and ask for feed back from the prospective buyers. Hopefully she is keeping track of things and knows what people think about it.

In my opinion the house looks great and it looks like the price it set to sell.

Maryville is a great place to move to. The schools are the best around and you will be right between the city life of Knoxville and the mountains.

As for land, there is land avalible and also plenty of houses. What size lots are you looking for? If you want to you can look at my web site and search on your own if you would like to.

In a case like yours your credit is much more important than length of time at a job since your husbands last job he was at for 4 years. Most lenders understand that people move and have to change jobs. But, if your husband changed jobs every 6 months then there might be some concern.

I just recently helped my sister buy a house in Johnson City. She moved there because of a better job and did not have any problems with finances.
