"To Whom It May Concern: When I first became aware of Mike McGlade, he was among the hundreds of Realtors who had sent information, via the mail, offering their services. What set Mike apart from the others was his detailed analysis of the specific area I was concerned with and his professional/informative Website. Using advanced computer capabilities he had zeroed in on, approximately, one square mile of homes that had either sold or were listed in the vicinity of our house. This provided my wife and me with an immediate and unsolicited comparative evaluation of homes in the area and answered the big question of “Who could BEST sell our house”. We arranged for an introductory meeting on Monday, May 9, 2008. During the meeting we went over our needs and concerns. Mike’s responses and suggestions were invaluable and we were sold on the fact, he was the one who could do the job. After a thorough review of his presentation, we met again on Tuesday, June 3 and finalized the deal. By Friday, June 6, he had the For Sale sign up, complete with brochures, and had posted our house on his Website with detail pictures and video information. We received our first offer Saturday, June 7. By the following Monday, June 9, we had received a total of 4 offers, one being more than our asking price. We accepted an offer on Tuesday, June 10, after just four days on the market. The house was sold and cleared Escrow within 29 days. During the time our house was going through Escrow, Mike was constantly in touch with us and available for any questions we had. It was during this time that we got to know Mike on a personal level. Not only was he totally committed to his clients but he was very dedicated to serving his community as an aspiring Volunteer Firefighter. In summation, we were totally impressed with Mike’s talents, abilities and his Website.
