i am a licenced realtor here in florida, originally from the uk, i have just spoken with a guy who called our office about this development, concerned about his purchase. I had heard of it, but only after putting it in a search engine did i come across this. it basically is what i told him from his information, not a good buy in todays market He states he has signed an extended contract for at least another year. I have forwarded him this blog, hope it gives him a better insight. Buyers please consult a realtor when buying. Our services are free as a buyers agent and we represent you not the builder. The builders agents work for the builder and have their best interests at heart.
