The average mobile home with land is approximately $60,000, The homes priced below $30,000 are rental lots. If you consider that you are paying $300/month for lot rent, in 10 years you would have paid $36,000, that is the reason these homes with land are considerably more. - Tue Jun 3 2008, 04:52
