60 Blenheim Street in Hanover, PA was listed on 9/11/08 and was placed under pending status on 9/26/08. Currently it has not gone to settlement.

What has undeveloped land (of over 10 acres) near Fawn Grove sold for in 2008?

In South Eastern school district (where Fawn Grove is located), there are no Sold listings for over 10 acres of land within 2008. However, if the search is reduced to 5 acres, there is a parcel currently in pending status with a list price of $224,900 for 5.57 acres on Orchard Road in Stewartstown. There are also several active listings for land over 10 acres that range in price from $250,000 all the way up to almost 1.5 million for over 100 acres.

Assessed value, not assesed... sorry for the spelling error.

The current tax rate in Dover school district is 18.87 mills, the County rate is 4.0 mills and municipal rates vary. If you are looking for a home, taxes are done on assesed value, not market price/value. If you need information on a specific property/properties please feel free to contact us.

I could better assist you if you would provide more information. It is always in your best interest to have a buyers agent. Are you wondering which banks are better to deal with? If that is the case it is hard to say.... for every situation is different and therefore the outcome can be different.
