I am the Buyers Agent for the Diana Backinoff Team at Prudential Bob Yost Homesale Services in York, Pa.
I have lived in York all my life. I grew up in West York and attended West York Schools. I attended Millersville University for Meteorology before I realized what I have always wanted to do was sell homes. My uncle was in Real Estate and I use to listen to his stories and hope to one day sell homes as well. I truly enjoy helping people find the home of their dreams so I am so please to be able to concentrate on just that as the buyers agent for the Diana Backinoff Team. I am experienced in York and Adams counties as well as some of the surrounding counties. I would love to help you make your next purchase a great one.
Diana Backinoff has been serving the York Community for over 5 years. She is also licensed in Maryland. Diana is a very accomplished Realtor and takes great pride in her work. She is extremely knowledgeable and has what it takes to get your home sold.
With Diana listing your home and getting it sold, and me finding you your next perfect home, it is easier than ever to buy or sell real estate. We are located out of the West York Prudential office, on Kenneth road, right off of Route 30 for your convenience. Feel free to call, text, or e-mail me at any time. I am always here to help.
I look foreword to helping you with your next real estate transaction.

That is quite a jump. My suggestion to you would be to find a buyers agent who will show you the property and do a CMA on it to determine what it is worth today. If they really did a lot to the property it might very well be worth it now, especially if they underpaid for it in July. Just call around to an agent in the area who knows the market and have them take a look at it for you.
Hope that helps! - Mon Oct 27 2008, 11:39
Hopefully the agent did not mean it like that. Maybe he was asking if you wanted to wait until after the movers left. If not, there is now way he should be detering you from doing a walk-through. - Thu Oct 23 2008, 10:55
That seems like a very large drop. Where did you get your information on what your home is worth now? - Thu Oct 23 2008, 10:42
This sounds like it can turn ugly fast. I would contact an attorney as well. - Fri Oct 17 2008, 17:39
I would concentrate on propmoting the positive cash flow this property will bring to a potential buyer. Try centering your advertising around that. - Tue Aug 26 2008, 09:35
