Interview Real Estate Brokers! Brokers who work exclusively with Buyers are not divided in their attention. Listing, marketing and Selling Listings is a lot of work and takes many hours of a Realtor's time.

It is definitely an advantage to work with an exclusive Buyer's Broker accredited or not!! As a Buyer you need to have the attention focussed on you no matter how long it takes for you to find that perfect home!! - Wed Jun 4 2008, 13:37
