Hi Greg, I grew up in Plano and love the convenient location. It really depends on your lifestyle, hobbies, etc. Do you like a more laid-back environment, etc? As far as what offer, it really depends on how the home was listed to begin with....did the realtor list property aggressivley or overprice the home???
