can i date my agent?

That is so cool! I would keep the agent but try ( kinda of hard to do sometimes) to keep the dating on a hold unitl after the sale is completed.

How low can I go?

1. Hire an agent to represent you! An agent who doesn't show up in this market is not worth keeping!
2. How will you know the market has bottomed out? When the prices start to go up!
3. Make an infomred offer 10% +- below list and see what haapens.
4. Have a home inspection contingency and make sure the house is checked out top to bottom. Hire a professional inspectort that is either NASI or ASHI certified

Do you or your company have your listings on Zillow?

We put all outr listings on Zillow. In order to help the consumer find as much ionformation as possible, we feel it important to help the consumer come to their own logical conclusion on buying and selling a home. By offering as much information we can on as many as web sites we can, we hope this gives the consumer all the information they are looking for. - Wed Oct 22 2008, 13:52

Print adversting is a waste of money. Direct markeitng to apartments or lower pricedhomes may work.

Ask for a new Compartive analysis from your Realtor. If similar homes in your area are getting showings and are getting offers, you may need to take a look at your price and or condition. If NO ONE is getting offers or showings, you are in a flat maket and must slash your price to 5% BELOW that price of the last similar home that sold. - Wed Sep 24 2008, 18:36
