Has anyone in Worcester, MA been scammed by foreclosure rescue type scemes??

A number of people in the Worcester MA area have been victims to a particularly nasty kind of scam where they sign a document they think is one thing and the document turns out to be a deed to their home. What follows is a fraudulent mortgage placed on their home by the theif and in some cases, an eviction. Some of the thieves have already been arrested -- like Allen Seymour.
