No. Fulton and Gwinnett are great areas for families but you might want to consider Cherokee County also. Cherokee lies just to the west of No. Fulton and has good proximity to major interstates for commuting, great schools, and good home prices. You are saying pre-forclosure so my first question is - have you spoken with your lender? Open communication is key to avoiding foreclosure if at all possible. Ask if your lender will consider a short sale - accepting less than you owe, is there a possibility of reducing your payments to an affordable level until you have been able to sell these properties, and is there a refinance opportunity? Next, are you trying to sell these on your own or are you looking to engage the services of a Realtor? This is a tough market even for the professionals so without the support systems that a Realtor can provide its an even tougher market.
