We are in the market to buy land/house with land (> 2 acres) in 30114. How is the market?

You have plenty of choices available in the 30114 zipcode you are looking in and I work that zip code area so I am very familiar with the homes and prices . Woodstock is a desirable area. Your house has to stand out from the rest. You need to find that WOW factor as the buyer's come in. Definately get a CMA done, and that's a free service to you from agents. Call me and I will do a walk through with you and I can help you stage your home and get it ready for the market. Definately, not the best time to be on the market but Only you know if you need to sell. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help. My office is in Woodstock.
