About:

As a Realtor and Buyers Agent, I like working with first time homebuyers, right now I am making sure people are aware of the $8,000.00 gift form the Fed As a Realtor and Buyers Agent, I like working with first time homebuyers, right now I am making sure people are aware of the $8,000.00 gift form the Fed if you buy before December 2009 this makes a big difference when people buy homes that need a little TLC. As a buyers agent I make sure we get the right home inspection when needed and I make sure my clients are with a reputable Mortgage Company and that they are taken care of properly!
When I work with people moving to Massachusetts., whether they want to rent or buy I make sure they know the area and the school systems before we start picking out locations.
@ In August 2008 I placed a couple from Maryland moving up to MASS and we got them a new rental of a townhouse in Maynard. Now in Summer of 2009 I am their buyers agent and we just signed the Purchase and Sale agreement for their first home!
@ In July 2008 I placed a family from Portland Oregon in Winchester, MA, he thinks he would like to buy in 2010.
@ In November 2008 I placed a young couple in their first home and explained the work to be done and how it can be done inexpensively as I am a handy person, I was there at no charge of course as we went through reglazing windows.
@ In February 2009 I helped a divorced Dad transition into a nice townhouse with many comfort features, and I helped him put togethre his TV stand.
Currently I am working with 2 young first time buyers! And I am also an Selling agent.
As a Realtor or Sellers Agent when selling a property for a client I include Staging as part of my process at no additional fee, this I believe to be very important. When I complete the Market Analysis or CMA I include a list of the minimum items that need to be done prior to an open house, if the home owner is up to it many tasks can be completed without much help, if need be I will be there for all staging steps from wallpaper removal to placement of the last pillows and window shears.
On the outside I make sure the curb appeal is ready to draw people in, so that once inside they see the house has the potential to be everything that they want and dream of.
Question: Would you not wash your car before trying to sell it? Or would you clean , wax and vacuum, this is STAGING!

Are the walls open already, what is in place, old system may have asbestos, this abatement could be 6,000.00 by itslef!
