About Me
I was born in Charlotte, North carolina. My mother and family immigrated from Cuba.

I've been a Florida resident since I was 9 years old. I've lived in

South Miami, Miami, Hialeah, Weston, Sunrise, Plantation, Chuluota and Oviedo,Fl..

Yes, I've moved around quite abit. At 17 I joined the Marine Corps to serve my

country. I have degree in psychology and I am a licensed A&P technician. I've

spent 19 years at Delta Airlines keeping those jets flying. I'm very

proud to say that I work out of the a Coldwell Banker office that has been rated #1in

Florida in overall sales performance for the passed 6 years. I've been very happily

married for 20yrs and have four kids.

You may review the Florida Landlord Tenant act to see if it is worth getting and attorney. Under the act the Landlord is required to repair the major items. Read the law then print it and hand it over to your landord. That might be enough to have him or her reimberse you. If all else fails seek an attorney's advice or small claims court. Here's the link.
