Benjamin Urrutia answered:
Winter Park has a definite downtown area with very good restaurants and stores. The median price of homes (50% higher and 50% lower) in Winter Park for the last six months was $ 299,000 for a single family home, numbers taken from MidFlorida Regional data base, $ 249,900 for Winter Springs and $ 222,500 for Casselbery. That gives you an idea of the home price comparison in the three cities. As stated, Winter Park is a bit pricier, but other costs may be about equal.
I hope that helps and I will be happy to entertain any other questions you may have.
