About Me
I am a lifelong resident of Pennsylvania. I grew up and lived in the Allentown area. I lived in the Poconos for ten years and currently live in the Slate Belt area with my wife, two sons, and golden retriever.

I am a 1982 graduate of Duquesne University, having earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Administration.

During the course of my prior career, I commuted to northern New Jersey, the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area, as well as the Lansdale area. Thus, I understand the needs of clients who will need to commute to those areas.

I have earned the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation. I am now one of more than 44,000 members of the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Assoication of Realtors, who have attained the ABR designation. As the world's largest association of real estate professionals focusing specifically on representing the real estate buyer, REBAC is "The Voice for Buyer Representation", with more than 44,000 active real estate professional members of the organization throughout the world. This will also help me in working with people who want to sell their homes by being more in tune with the mindset of potential buyers.

I have earned the e-PRO designation. The e-PRO designation coursework instructs participants in the professional use of e-mail, the development of an interactive website, and the use of online research tools. This training will help me be better able to provide high quality and innovative online-based real estate services to my clients.

I have earned the "CGRN" designation with Century 21. This designation is earned by agents who work with Relocation and Referral customers. I can help people who need to sell their homes in order to relocate and I can help those same people find an agent with the same relocation expertise in the community to which they are moving. Additionally, I can help people who are relocating into our area and who need to find a home here.

I am designated as a "Premier Agent" with Century 21 Mortgage. This means I have the resources at my disposal to help people who wish to buy a home with their financing concerns.

I am dedicated to providing the highest quality service to clients who are Buyers and Sellers of real estate in the Allentown area, Northampton County, and the Poconos.

I am a PIAA (Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association) wrestling official, which has allowed me to visit communities all over the Lehigh Valley and the Poconos.

John E. Mann answered:
One can pick up a Trans-Bridge bus at either the Trans-Bridge terminal off of Schoenersville Road and Route 22 or at the "Park and Ride" located at Route 33 and William Penn Highway. One needs to purchase the bus ticket (monthly is easier) at the Trans-Bridge terminal itself. In theory, the commute to either the Port Authority or the Financial Center is an hour and a half. In reality, it is usually closer to two hours.

If you were to drive yourself, depending on where in Manhattan you need to commute to, it would take between two to two and a half hours.

There is no train service from the Lehigh Valley to Manhattan. Your best option would be to drive to a New Jersey Transit station that has fairly frequent service, such as Summit, and take the train from there. That would take you to Hoboken, from where you could get either a Path train or a ferry over to Manhattan.

Hope that helps.
