The market is what the market is!!!Unfortunately there is nothing you can do about it except by changing the way you do business today versus years ago. Stick to your guns, be an expert in the field and know everything about your marketplace-The experts will work through the market til the turnaround comes-meanwhile all the part timers and "non serious" agents will fall by the wayside-good luck to you!And stop reading the news-real estate is local-national figures are just depreesing news to sell papers-the glass is always half full in this business! - Wed Apr 30 2008, 11:50
