Out of curiosity, has anyone even heard from this buyer since July???? - Thu Nov 13 2008, 06:42
Hi Kay,
Have you ever looked "north" of Boston. In my area (Wilmington and surrounding communities!) you're only 15-20 mintues outside of Boston and the extra activities for children in Wilmington are exceptional. Just a suggestion. If you'd like more info, please contact me. nancy@fudgeproperties.com - Thu Oct 9 2008, 05:29
WIlmington has a brand new train station in the center of town AND another one in north end of town. Great community with everything you could possibly need! - Thu Oct 9 2008, 06:14
you MUST be affiliated with a licensed brokerage; you cannot do ANY business by yourself. - Thu Oct 9 2008, 06:05
A few things to consider. 1>Do you have a signed buyer agent contract and, if so, for how long? 2>If you saw the property with this agent, he may argue "procurring cause" meaning he may argue that he should get paid as he's the one that showed you the property. At any rate, you should have a buyer agent to represent your best interest-one that you feel comfortable with- wouldn't suggest going it alone. - Thu Oct 9 2008, 05:58
Hi Cathy,
That property is 8 Daniel Road, Wakefield. Lot size is .22Ac (9640 sqft). It is being sold "as is" andneeds work but there's another house on the market at 5 Daniel Rd listed for $379900. If you'd like me to email the listing info to you, or show you the property, please contact me nancy@fudgeproperties.com - Thu Oct 9 2008, 05:22
