My Client-First Philosophy
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a Franklin real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the Williamson, Davidson & Maury Counties areas, please contact me!
"Paul went the extra mile helping me close on my house while I traveled with my job! He is someone who cares about his clients!"

"Paul was a great asset. Before our house went on the market, he came over and advised us what we needed to do to sell. He guided the priority list so we were not wasting time and energy on things that didn't really matter. After we listed, he used creative marketing techniques (web-based, newspaper, and real estate magazines) to advertise the house, he was always available to help show the house, answer our questions, he worked well with other realtors, and kept an eye on the property as we'd moved prior to selling. He kept us notified of the activity/interest in the house while it was on the market. When it came time to close, he represented us at the closing to accommodate the buyer's date that coincided with our vacation. He handled all the ups and downs that come with selling a house with a gracious manor."

"have known Paul since 2004, at which time I met him through his wonderful wife, Jackie Moye. Paul has shown to be a very knowledgeable and experienced REALTOR®. He has not only successfully sold my home recently but a friend of mine whom I referred to him some time back. One of the amazing aspects of Paul that I have noticed during the selling of my home and dealing with potential buyer REALTORS® is that Paul has had to educate and at times teach these potential buyer REALTOR® s some of the most basic steps of being a REALTOR® . Paul's knowledge about real estate is astounding! He can really present and sell a home. I appreciate his experience and professionalism. Paul will always be the first I call in future years when I need to sell my home or to refer a friend or family member to a REALTOR®."

"Unfortunately Paul was not the first realtor we listed with but once we did the difference was night and day. Within the first month Paul achieved more activity on our home than the previous six months combined. He kept us informed, provided solid guidance, acted on our requests, and was absolutely a professional. If it weren't for Paul I'm sure our home would still be waiting for a buyer. I recommend Paul without reservation and would certainly list with him again should the need arise."

I sell homes in both areas and the the pluses to Antioch is Percy Priest Lake and the area we call Brentioch in Davidson County but along the Williamson County border...the 37027 zip code is what the home owners like about Brentioch. Bellvue also has it's pluses as well; the area is close to two of the best parks in Davidson County close to Vanderbilt and great schools....The biggest questions will need to be where you work and your budget? - Sun May 4 2008, 20:48
As an REO sales agent I will tell you that a Deed in Lieu will show up on your credit report but it is not as damaging as a foreclosure. In many cases the Lender will work with you to bring the process to a more agreeable end than one would have in foreclosure. Remember this; a Deed in Lieu is a loan work out betwwen your creditor and yourself, a foreclosure is a legal process that is governed by stae laws and federal credit reporting procedures...... I strongly advise you to seek the advice of an attorney who deals with debt settlements and or real estate before you make any decisions. - Sun May 4 2008, 20:39
As for Franklin Williamson County all indications are that the market has leveled off and prices will begin to move up based on the basic factors of supply and demand. I am reccomending to investors to buy and hold, flipiing houses is still risky even in a strong market due to lender's taking a hard line position on Value Added items. - Wed Apr 30 2008, 17:03
I would have to lean towards the Mt Juliet area of Wilson County. Good Schools and great access to the airport via I-40. - Thu Apr 3 2008, 08:04
I suggest you look in the Williamson County area of Nolensville. Top rated school system in the state and some direct and indirect commuting to the Harding Rd area. - Thu Apr 3 2008, 08:03
