Real Estate has always been a passion of mine, and after working in sales and marketing in the family Roofing business since 1996, I decided to turn that passion into a full-time career. With the skill of high-end homes and construction, I have gained a knowledge of Sumner County, Williamson County, Davidson County and surrounding neighborhoods and housing market.
Whether I am helping buyers or sellers; small or large families; whether it's new construction (yes, NEW construction - I learned from my own experience that you benefit from having representation when purchasing from a builder.), or old; move-in or remodel condition, I have what it takes to get what you need , where and when you need it .
My goal is 100% customer satisfaction. The service you will receive by being a client of mine will be unsurpassed and that's a commitment I make to each and every client, every time.

Hi Pam,
I moved here from Parker about 5 years ago. We used to live off of Parker Road and Mainstreet. We love it out here, although you can't beat the views of the foothills!
To answer your question, just like the answers below, Nashville does have basements. The basements here are nothing like we are used to in Denver though and you will not find many homes that have true basements in Nashville. Stephen is correct, the basements are constructed differently and are very expensive to do in new construction. In existing homes, they are few and far between
Hope this helps and GO BRONCOS!

Tina,
If you love Thompsons Station and the Spring Hill area I would suggest communities such as Newport Crossing, Campbell Station and Crowne Pointe. Great yards and they each have community aquatic centers. There are 3 out of the 4 great elementary school there which are Heritage, Bethesda and the new Longview. My kids went to Heritage and the teachers and parents were so friendly. Bethesda has great test scores. Longview is the stereotype of what Williamson County School District wants to take there schools to. Its an amazing school! On that side of town they will also be building a new middle and high school off of Buckner Road. Which is slated for the 09/10 school year to open. The following year will be a new elementary school, We lived in Newport Crossing and got a lot of house for the money. My husband decided to move us to Brentwood (where he worked) because he got tired of the commute. So weigh your pros and cons and hold true to what you really want. Because you never want to have "buyers remorse".
Hope this helps! - Sat Sep 6 2008, 13:06

Karen,
Welcome to Nashville! We would love you to be a permanent neighbor! As far as an answer to your question, it depends what "reasonable" is to you. The best school district in the Nashville area is in Williamson County. Test scores in the Brentwood area surpass some of our private schools out here. Some schools in Franklin are achieving great scores too, it just depends where in Franklin. Once you have a price range that you would like to stay in, you can go to my website and go to MLS Search and begin to look at homes to begin to get an idea of price per square foot you can expect out here. I hope this helps you. I would love to help you through this process of relocating here to this beautiful city! Please let me know how I can do that.

Hi Jeremy,
It is always in your best interest to have a buyers agent represent you. Although dual agency is legal in TN, which is the agent representing you and the seller with full disclosure, sometimes it is not always the best. This is one reason I personally went into real estate. You want to make sure your agent is protecting you and your families needs only and not walking into something that may potentially become a "one-sided" contract. I always suggest to my friends and family that what you truly want in a good agent is not just referrals or certifications, but that they truly hear what you want in a home and what your needs are. Buying a home is an emotional purchase and you want a good agent that will help you find that perfect home. - Sat Jul 19 2008, 10:05
