Is it ethical to sit on an offer for 3 weeks and come back and say that another offer came in higher and take?

Part of our duty as listing agents is to present our sellers/clients with any and all offers! Were you the one doing the "sitting" or are your sellers doing the "sitting"?? Or perhaps you are representing the buyers? I guess more clarification would be needed to answer the "ethical" part to this question... - Wed Aug 13 2008, 08:09
