Math doesn't work for an FHA w/3.5% down, even rolling in the max 1% origination fee and the 1.5% upfront MI. Numbers don't seem right for VA, either.

It is on-line tax records? Could they have a typo? (ours around here are not 100% accurate on-line).

Do they show who the lender was/is? Hard data available at recorder's office?
Was there a real estate agent involved? If any of those are yes, you could go to recorder's office or call agents involved for lender info, I'd guess. - Yesterday, 15:20
