There are older parts of Wittmann that do have a bad reputation, however there was not actually that much in this area before about 2000. Much of Wittmann was built during the housing boom (2004-2006) the homes and areas developed during this time period are typically nice custom or semi-custom homes and are much better areas. The result of this area being primarily built out during the housing boom is that it was hit very hard by foreclosures and prices have come down significantly. So there are some great opportunities for buyers in this area.
