Yes, you can see this property but with at least 24 hour notice due to the units with tenants. There is an additional note that there is a $17,000 tax lien on the property that will need to be paid once it closes, and it will most likely be you paying this since it is an approved short sale, so bear that in mind above any offer you put on the property if you choose to do so. There is also no parking with the building, so sometimes that can be a hassle with the winter months coming up. So the price looks good for the investment, but I'd also weigh these factors in buying the place as well.
