I'd say is a family oriented city. Good schools. Great shopping. Well planned. Very nice communities.
It's a place to raise a family, very well located between both major counties. 20 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale airport and 40 minutes from Miami airport. Close to major highways. 15 minutes away from the beach and just an 1:15 minutes from Naples. I love living in Pembroke Pines - Tue Apr 15 2008, 11:26
