About Me
I have been a Real Estate "Consultant" and Broker for 6 years though I have lived in the area for 27 years. I am a specialist in getting sold "hard to sell properties" but I also service buyers with discerning tastes. I am considered to be the most helpful Realtor you can find. Also the most honest - they call me the "Noble" and No-bull" Realtor. I can answer (truthfully) any question you have - many agents don't dare tell you the truth!
Call me at 828 329 1615 or email Gib@GibGibson.com

OK - I'll cut to the chase .....call me! - and we'll get your home appraised (on me).
Then you'll not only know what it should sell for.....but also who should help you sell it (of course that would be the one who cuts through all the "bull" and tells it like it is). By the way - If you try to sell it yourself - statistically speaking - you will come away with less money in your pocket than if you paid commission to a really good Realtor! (I can prove it!)

OK, that's it - I won't say it any more!
Good luck - Wed Mar 19 2008, 14:28
Remember.... Get an appraisal.... that's the only way to know for sure.....I'll pay for it!

There is only one way to find out where you stand.
Get the home appraised!
Not "Get a CMA!"
Not "Have the Realtor discuss the market value, is it going up or down? is it trending up or down?"
"Get an appraisal!"
By the way - I'll pay for it!

Asheville, NC Hot Spots?

James "Gib" Gibson answered:
No, there is not s specific area where one might find a collection of historic houses that fit the bill. There are however homes of that sort spread out in various communities in the Western North Carolina area. Use this link (below) to see some of them. OR, if you like, send me your email address (to Gib@GibGibson.com) and I will set up a search for you that will send property sheets directly to you.
Thanks

Try this URL and you'll have access to the entire MLS you can do multiple searches and save them. You can also put them on automatic - so they'll just email you the results every day.

As far as "Hot spots" go there are so many in our area....just email me when you see one from your searches that interests you and I'll tell you what kind of subdivision/community/district it's in.
Thanks
