Hi Carmen. I wish i could recommend anybody else to you but i really do not think there's anybody more
committed to customer satisfaction through comprehensive customer service and dedication than myself.
What you gain from making me work for you is, due diligence -- that means i make you the focal point of our partnership. Additionally I take myself out of the equation, that means i do not under any circumstances impose my wishes, will or personal preferences on your search. I however offer timely professional perspective and advice during those gray area moments.
So the best person to pick is me. I look forward to working with you if you havent found an agent already.

You can buy it AS IS which is usually at a much better price point but before you do anything, you might wanna hire an inspection company to get a close to accurate estimate of any intended repairs or renovations.
Can you get a loan to fix it? Yes depending on your defination of a loan but more importantly how much the said property appraises for. Talk to your lenders.
What makes it so interesting to you, if you don't mind me asking. - Wed May 28 2008, 23:21
