Is the PATH train more reliable than the MTA?

Robin Lynch answered:
To each his own, Joe Hana. I defer. The MTA is more reliable. PATH has more breakdowns and are not always on schedule. It seems that you live in Jersey City so you are closer to the city than others who live further away in Jersey or Long Island. Metro North is really good and if there is a problem then MTA will bend backwards to get it fixed. The response time is very quick.

"The MTA always has delays, delays, more delays, trains being rerouted, trains never showing up, trains being cancelled, and/or your service being non-existent at all." This is bull. Metro North has 3 lines running out of Grand Central that being the Harlem, The Hudson and the New Haven. More commuters are taking trains into NYC because of the higher gas prices and the fact that the train service is quicker. There really are no complaints. Here is a link for performance indicators for Metro North and it also compares other agencies.

Disclosing material facts

Robin Lynch answered:
Thanks for all your answers. It turns out the buyer isn't interested anymore. Our company found out who the potential buyer was. He was one of our clients. His agent worked for our company and left recently amid controversy. For example, trying to expire our listings and taking them with her and changing dates and terms on listings. Knowing that she can be dishonest, I asked her straight out who the buyer was and she refused to tell me. My sellers like honesty and will wait for the right person to purchase their property. - Sat Jan 26 2008, 08:34
This is a high end property and my clients would like to know who is interested in purchasing their property.
As an agent, I have to display CCLOAD to my clients. CCLOAD being Care, Confidentiality, Loyalty, Obedience, Accounting and Disclosure. I deal honestly in my transactions. "I can't tell you" to me is not being honest. - Thu Jan 17 2008, 21:01
