"I had been looking for a house to buy for almost a year. I had worked with several Realtors from several different firms but had had no success. That is until I met Mike Luchen. The average sales price ranges from 600k to about $1,200,000, Getting around 2600 Sq ft would average about at least 675k and up. Not many multi family homes come on in Harrison, but when they do they go very quickly. Harrison has a very low tax base and great schools, which will always make the area a winner. how is the market in Larchmont, N.Y.

I think that the market in Larchmont and surrounding areas are great. I just listed a home at 6 Acorn Ln in Larchmont for 1,795 and sold it for full price in under 5 days. The market will only be good for a select few. Ask 10,000 agents the same question and only 10% will give you my answer.

I think the market is actually just flooded with properties and thats why they are still available. Both complexes are very nice and a deal in comparison to other areas, Port Chester is on a up swing, with many new stores and restaurants going into the area. I think anyone that buys in Port Chester, now will benefit from the rewards tommorow. Hope this was helpful.
