"I had been looking for a house to buy for almost a year. I had worked with several Realtors from several different firms but had had no success. That is until I met Mike Luchen. From the moment I met Mike, he became fully invested in finding out what I wanted and needed in a house. But, after seeing the first four houses Mike has suggested, I already knew my search for a house was finally going to end in success because I had simply fallen in love with two of the houses. I was excited and ready to make an offer on one fantastic property right on the spot. But Mike, wanting to insure that I did not rush into anything, suggested that I not submit an offer right away. Mike told me to "go have a cup of coffee, talk it over in your head and make sure this is what you want. If it is what you want, give me a call tonight or tomorrow and let me know and go to work for you on structuring and offer". The ask price on the house I bought was within my "comfort" zone and doable if I really stretched. But amazingly, Mike was able to get the seller to accept a price that was much lower than ask and thus even deeper into my comfort zone. I was ecstatic already, but it only got better.
