I am very exceptical of some of the answers, especially since they are written by "real estate professionals." Read about Sarasota market which I visited last week and I truely believe that real estate agents are claiming that the market has turned on purpose, which is very sad.
The inventory in Sarasota is SO HUGE that it is almost unreal, so DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE. Do your homework and negociate, negociate. BE VERY CAREFUL OF AGENTS CLAIMING THAT THE MARKET IS HEALTHY. - Tue Jul 1 2008, 12:28
