Unfortunately, this bill does nothing to help our snowbirds. As you know, Florida's real estate market is largely driven by seasonal residents. Now that our taxes are equal to the highest taxed states in the country, and the inability for seasonal residents to benefit from the homestead exemption, this bill has done nothing to improve our real estate market.
