About Me
I've called West Palm Beach, Florida "Home, sweet HOME" since 1992. At a point in my life where I could live anywhere I wished, I love this place. The climate is exceptional, the quality of life at least an A+. I'm an expert in our historic neighborhoods, all situated along the intracoastal waterway and just moments from downtown, the exotic Island of Palm Beach and world class restaurants and shopping. It's delightful. Prices range from as low as 279k to the sky's the limit. Call me, I'll be happy to introduce you to our slice of heaven! 561 714-0308

Fabulous! Tons of free events for West Palm Beach families with festivals throughout the year. You'll find an outstanding Green Market downtown every Saturday morning with orchids, plants, cut flowers, fresh seafood, cafe con leche, breakfast, jazz, neighbors walking their dogs, and socializing. The nights are lively with Clematis by Night downtown every Thursday night and concerts frequently year round. - Sat May 19 2007, 05:10

Outstanding, with a dedication by the Citys Parks and Recreation staff to keep it that way and to improve even more. There are passive parks, beachside parks, soccer fields, wonderful clay tennis courts (the oldest in the state) a skate board park and more! You'll find dog parks throughout the city (City Paws) well maintained and well-used, lots of interesting conversation on your doggys "play date". - Sat May 19 2007, 05:07

Outstanding! The private school structure is large and varied; many of my friends and clients sent their children to the private sector and are more than pleased. The public school system is making large strides with many magnet schools, specialized school of th arts program and a good selection of "A" rated schools throughout the city. - Sat May 19 2007, 05:04

Historic West Palm Beach runs along the intracoastal waterway for miles, with bridges to the world class beaches, and to the world famous island of Palm Beach and yet the homes are 5 minutes to downtown and the airport. The tropical paradise is beautifully maintained with 5 distinct historic neighborhoods with homes from the 20's to new construction. An enchanting, congenial atmosphere with as much to do as you want to do. Nearby City Place is wonderful for shopping, dining, the movies, the Kravis Center for performing arts, the new library, the Meyers Amphitheatre, Howard Park clay courts and City Paws, our wonderful dog park are all just moments from all of these wonderful neighborhoods. - Mon Apr 23 2007, 15:51

Is crime an issue in West Palm Beach?

Molly Douglas answered:
As in the case of any city living, petty theft can play a part in your life in historic West Palm Beach. Before you consider any area for your home, you should talk with the local authorities, visit with some neighbors as you view the areas and pull crime reports from the local police department. I walk my dog daily and fell absolutely no discomfort, and I ride my bike to the Green Market downtown and I stroll the streets of downtown, it's a wonderful place to live, THE BEST! - Mon Apr 23 2007, 15:51
