There are so many questions that I would ask you prior to showing property and I will list some of them:
Are you going to use this as a vacation poperty wich would qualify as a second home and do you single or multi levels? Are you interested in water sports or golfing-tennis or schools. Do you want to be able to rent this property if you are not occupying it. Are animals allowed and is there a size restriction. Have you been qualified to ascertain what price range would suit you. Is your currently home on the market and do you have to sell prior to purchasing something. When is your time frame. When are you coming to view properties. Do you have an email so that I can send you photos. Do you want to be within a particular distance to the city, shopping areas, highways or ocean.
