Arleen Pecone answered:
If you (or they) are serious about selling, start getting the house in order. Gone are the days when a seller could clean the house and put a for sale sign in the front yard--buyers expect more. Your house needs to appear updated and move in ready. Accomplishing that usually takes longer than sellers anticipate--start the process early. - Mon Sep 28 2009, 09:23
