I've lived in Wesley Chapel for the past 6 years and I have seen and experienced the wonderful development and growth take place. There's progressive efforts for the completion on total three (3) shopping areas within a 7 mile range of Country Walk Community in the next 2 years, where two (2) of the shopping areas are due for completion by December 2008. As with anything of growth by volume in the area of housing and community services patience is a virtue and the planned benefits are expected to be well received. The community of Country Walk is beautiful and conveniently located near great schools (Elem, Middle and High) all new within the last 3 years. Also there's a new Wesley Chapel Sports Park Complex within 2 miles offering: 120 acre park, 10 ball fields, basketball courts, tennis courts, a playground and more. Currently the builders are still actively constructing new homes as well as pre-owned homes at good list prices. I am an agent located within 5 miles from County Walk Community.
