Lisa Callinan

"We recently made the decision to put our home up for sale and relocate (not far away, in Media). I contacted Lisa Callinan for two reasons. She sold the last home that was sold in our development (after it was on the market "For Sale By Owner" and languished with no sale). The other reason is she lives in the development and likes living there. When we discussed the likely sale of our home, she showed us sales comps for the area and we agreed on a price that was acceptable to us. She was able to get us a contract for that amount within four weeks of listing. She had two weekend open houses and had well over 50 people through our house. We had five offers, finally accepting one that was exactly for the amount we wanted. We knew we didn't want to sell by ourselves, and looking back, I know we made the right decision. She helped out on the smallest detail, recommended people to fix and paint where needed and even was there on moving day to help clean out our garage. (I'm not sure that is part of the deal, I think she saw how tired we were on moving day and felt sorry for us.) I have bought and sold several properties, and none of them went as smoothly or quickly as the job Lisa did for us. I told her at closing that she did a very good job and she was very professional. I can recommend her with no reservations. If I ever move again (heaven forbid) I will ask Lisa to represent me."
