Becca,
A simple correction. After exiting I94 you venture North.I accidently put in South and that would have taken you to Wales. Also, Lapham Peak is South of I94.

It sits between two communities known as Oconomowoc and Hartland. It is located in Delafield, Wisconsin.
Take I94 to the Hwy C exit. Go south until you come to Main street. Turn left (west) until you come to Kurt's steak house. Across the street is the entrance to Cushing Park. Further, you can also go after that visit back to Highway C, turn left and go to Lapham Peak State park.
Please call or email if you need assistance.

Good Question
Viral marketing is key. I have the number one blog for activerain in Wisconsin at
http://www.activerain.com/tommybraatz, and then I have
http://www.tombraatz.com. http://www.buyingvip.com, I work directly with Fidelity assets and Google for SEO performance and lead enhancement. I am also on just about everything from facebook, zoominfo, plaxo, naymz, localism, trulia, and dozens of others. Cross linking and networking keep us very far ahead of others.
Traditional closing and great salesmanship is key as well. You have to be able to offer the consumer something. I have free Real Estate toolkits, Seller and Buyer packages, online markets, VIP buying and more.
Sincerely
Tom Braatz

Amy
I sold about 40 income properties last year between Manitowoc, Sheboygan, Francis Creek, and Two Rivers. They sold each on the market for 140-160 days. They were listed by other Brokers. Mine sold in about 30 days. The homes I sole were on the market about an average of 120 days or so.I go through your area often; hit my website for an online market, and I will call you if I have questions. I also have a great Seller package and Real Estate tool kit I could get to you.
Sincerely
Tom Braatz

That is a load3d question. I would make sure to do a search and hold title and see if anything is secured against the property, get a GAP endorsement, and really find out what the property is worth. - Sun Aug 31 2008, 15:26

Re/Max
I have been a full time, high producing Broker for 23 years now.
December 1985—present
I have a great love of reading, boating, and more. My number one interest would be my son Spencer. I cannot tell you what a wonderful 13 year boy's friendship is like to a Dad, unless you have been there. My son is everything to me.
I also enjoy traveling, flying, and I am a bit of a thrill seeker.
I have a science background, and I was a farmer as well. I am also a beekeeper.
I also have a wonderful Search and Rescue dog named Lars. Lars is talented. He can climb step ladders, and is an air scenter. He can smell a cheeseburger for miles. He likes to go visit people in adult rest homes, vets, and more. I get more therapy watching him make people happy than any person on the other end.
