Well, it's a little tricky, you should talk to your real estate licensee about your desire to cancel your offer. There may be a way to do it depending on how your offer is written. You say that your agent has no idea what he is doing, but he is supervised by a broker that probably does know what to do. Ask him to talk to his broker or go ahead and talk to his broker yourself. - Sun Nov 8 2009, 23:07
